ABOUT FRASER COUTTS & PARTNERS

Fraser Coutts & Partners Ltd is a Multi-Award-Winning Specialist Private International Brokerage and Advisory Boutique working in the real assets space. The focus across the business is private off-market physical assets or asset backed deals, with three core business lines:

REAL ESTATE BROKING

Fraser Coutts & Partners helps owners to achieve a discreet off-market private sale of their property, but also selectively works with investors and developers to find their property of choice.

Whether you are looking for a sought-after penthouse, office, shopping centre, care home, residential block, or a prestigious five star hotel in the heart of the city, we can locate your new property in line with your business or lifestyle requirements. All our properties are private and off-market because we understand that our clients want something that hasn’t been on the market and exposed on the internet and newspapers.

We focus on the markets in London/UK and Mainland Europe, but also have global reach to represent or search for properties internationally. We are also able to assist clients with the financing of their properties and portfolios for investment/development on a debt or equity basis and make select introductions/referrals to other property professionals.
